Pedro Tea Estate dates back to the 1880s and is one of the oldest functioning tea estates in Sri Lanka. Built during British colonial rule, it played a vital role in establishing Ceylon tea as a globally renowned brand. The plantation covers over 1000 hectares and produces some of the finest high-grown teas, especially known for their light, floral flavor.
